Main Responsibilities * Design and implement enterprise-level LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions. * Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability. * Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers). * Maintain networks and perform system updates, including service packs, patches, revisions, and security configurations. * Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of network systems with applications and services. * Develop network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. * Manage vendors, service providers, and external support contracts. * Lead network-related projects and mentor junior network staff. * Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection policies. **The candidate must reside in Malaga (30% on-site and 70% remote)** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * More than 5 years of experience in network engineering roles, with specialization in enterprise environments. * In-depth knowledge of network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, QoS, DNS, DHCP). * Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment. * Solid knowledge of firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto), VPNs, and security best practices. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Desirable:** * Experience with cloud networking (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). * Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalents. * Fluent English language skills **Compensation and benefits:** At Accenture, a company recognized as a Great Place To Work®, we promote a hybrid work model that, thanks to technology and our facilities, allows us to maintain the essential human connection needed to work effectively with our teams and clients.
