Mission: Full responsibility for MT/BT contracts with distribution companies regarding safety, operations, service quality, planning, certification, materials, and subcontracting. Client liaison and project financial accountability. Responsibilities: \- Plan project kick-off and resource consolidation. \- Ensure operational bases, standby teams, and specialized equipment function properly. \- Prioritize scheduled work and incidents. \- Review deviations before executing, approving certifications and final documentation. \- Monitor penalties and bonuses. \- Lead client follow-up. ### **Requirements** Education: Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical profile with extensive, solid experience in distribution. Minimum ten years’ experience managing MT/BT maintenance and construction contracts, with direct responsibility for production, subcontractors, certification, and financial accountability. Proven experience managing contracts involving scheduled work, breakdowns, on-call duties, and client material control. Solid knowledge of MT/BT operations, electrical safety, occupational health and safety (PRL), environmental management, certification, as-built drawings, materials and waste management, planning, and economic control. Desired qualifications: Experience managing overhead and underground MT/BT network projects, substations, switching operations, service restoration, closure documentation, position-based or tariff-based certification, distributor material control, and authorized subcontractor management. Familiarity with major distribution companies’ management systems (Iberdrola, Endesa, Naturgy, EDP) will be valued. ### **What We Offer** Competitive salary, commensurate with experience and level of responsibility assumed.
