DESCRIPTION At INYCOM – Nunsys Group, we are looking to hire a Medical Equipment Support Engineer to provide on-site service in a laboratory located in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona). The selected candidate will be responsible for technical and functional support of in vitro diagnostic solutions, ensuring proper equipment operation and delivering close, continuous customer service. Responsibilities * Provide first-level technical support for medical equipment and laboratory solutions. * Resolve and track technical incidents. * Deliver functional and clinical application support in a laboratory environment. * Monitor performance, usage, and stability of installed solutions. * Coordinate activities and serve as the direct point of contact with the customer. * Ensure correct use and adaptation of implemented systems. * Identify opportunities for improvement and customer needs. * Enhance customer satisfaction and trust through proactive service. REQUIREMENTS Requirements * Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field. * Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or laboratory environments. * Interest in technical support and clinical applications. * Communication skills and customer orientation. * Experience with in vitro diagnostic equipment is a plus.
