We are seeking a **Maintenance Lead**, whose mission focuses on implementing, maintaining, and improving the DMS “Work Planning & Scheduling” for their production lines, and serving as the liaison point with other PM systems. This person is responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling on the line, ensuring equipment reliability and optimization of stoppages. **Key responsibilities include:** * Review and prioritize work orders and notifications in SAP. * Plan maintenance activities and maintain this plan in SAP. * Lead the DDS review of completed planned work from the previous day, other maintenance activities, and today’s plan. * Actively support and coordinate with the Line Lead and Process Lead during the line’s pit stop, incorporating SAP work orders and maintenance tasks into the plan. * Collaborate with the Line Lead and Process Lead to optimize line stoppages, startups, and major maintenance interventions. * Develop OPLs (One Point Lessons) and operating modes, and train the line team on maintenance activities. * Monitor and report maintenance performance indicators and process metrics. * Ensure all equipment change proposals arising from corrective actions follow change management procedures. * Review all executed work to implement improvements or updates where necessary. * Work with the spare parts warehouse to identify obsolete parts, low-quality components, stock levels, and required delivery lead times, etc. * Provide feedback on the design of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment. * Lead the continuous improvement process. * Ensure all equipment change proposals arising from corrective actions follow change management procedures. * Work with the spare parts warehouse to identify obsolete parts, low-quality components, stock levels, and required delivery lead times, etc. * Provide feedback on the design of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment. About you **We are looking for a Maintenance Lead** with technical education (Advanced Vocational Training or Engineering degree), industrial maintenance experience, and SAP planning expertise. A proactive individual with strong communication skills, oriented toward continuous improvement, and who enjoys working on the shop floor. * Education: Advanced Vocational Training or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Communication skills. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the described responsibilities. * Experience in maintenance functions within the industrial sector. * Prior experience in the food industry or similar is desirable. * We seek a professional who enjoys working daily in the factory, directly engaging with line teams—curious, proactive, and eager for continued professional development. * Proficiency in English is an advantage.
