Job Summary: Vestas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with leadership capabilities to ensure optimal operation and performance of wind turbines while guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field maintenance operations support and supervision replacement 2. Daily technical staff work supervision and coordination 3. Technical staff training and capacity building on technical and operational aspects The Service Department is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of our customers’ wind farms and maximizing the performance of each wind turbine throughout its entire lifecycle. Furthermore, it ensures that wind turbines operate at full capacity and generate maximum energy for customers. Consequently, this team plays a critical role in maintaining long-term customer loyalty. **Vestas is looking for you!** **EVP MED > SBU MED Service > Area Site Management** **Responsibilities** Working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include: Acting as field maintenance operations support and supervisor replacement Supervising and coordinating daily technical staff work, ensuring adherence to standards for both planned and unplanned activities Performing advanced wind turbine maintenance and installation tasks, including use of specialized tools and diagnostic procedures Identifying, analyzing, and documenting wind turbine incidents in internal systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) Operating and interacting with mechanical and control systems to perform service tasks safely Ensuring achievement of quality, cost, and service objectives Strictly adhering to Vestas safety standards, procedures, and processes Preparing high-quality daily service activity reports Training and coaching technical staff on technical, operational, and safety topics Supporting the Supervisor in team development and performance evaluation Maintaining timely communication with customers regarding completed and planned services **Requirements** Reside in the Valladolid area or surrounding region. Education in electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, or related fields (vocational training or engineering degree). Relevant experience in wind, industrial, or electrical maintenance. Prior experience in technical team leadership or supervision. Advanced knowledge of diagnostic tools and specialized equipment. Experience with management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or others). High proficiency in Spanish and good command of English. Valid driver’s license. Ability to work at heights and under adverse weather conditions. **Competencies** Ability to work at heights and under adverse weather conditions.
