From LUZA Group, we are seeking a PLANNING TECHNICIAN to join a leading national construction company. What will your responsibilities be? * Developing promotion projects, creating three-dimensional BIM models for parametric calculation of construction costs from our project studies, and obtaining data analytics parameters, managing their integration into the planning and execution process. * Analyzing budgets, activities, resources, and performance. * Maintaining and updating databases, managing information, and ensuring data is up to date. * Managing BIM libraries for promotion projects, organizing, maintaining, and updating content libraries. * Conducting BIM model audits on execution projects and validating project information prior to production start. * Planning projects using BIM models before production begins, ensuring proper execution and achievement of established objectives. * Designing and creating work systems, implementing new procedures and ensuring continuous improvement of existing ones. Required qualifications: * Education in Architecture / Technical Architecture / Technical Engineering or similar.
