Job Description A company specializing in railway sector maintenance and installations is seeking to hire a **Railway Maintenance Site Manager** to coordinate and supervise maintenance work on railway infrastructure and systems in the northern region of Spain. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling on-site work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and railway safety regulations. Main Responsibilities * Planning and coordination of railway maintenance work. * Organization and supervision of technical teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring of on-site construction and maintenance execution. * Control of material and human resources. * Preparation of technical reports, work logs, and cost assessments. * Coordination with clients, suppliers, and operations managers. * Supervision of compliance with occupational health and railway safety regulations. * Incident management and technical support during work execution. * Control of project timelines, quality, and costs. Requirements * Higher Vocational Training Degree or Technical Engineering Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a site manager, supervisor, or maintenance technician in industrial, electrical, or railway environments. * Knowledge of construction/maintenance planning and management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities. * **Availability for day and night shifts.** * **Willingness to travel within Castilla y León, Cantabria, Basque Country, Navarre, and nearby areas.** * Class B driver's license **MANDATORY** Salary: €23,000.00–€27,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
