Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively plan, execute, and supervise industrial building projects, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Feasibility analysis and development of specific projects A candidate is required to fully plan and execute industrial building projects in Sant Antoni de Vilamajor. Responsibilities will include administrative management of projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and detailed monitoring of project progress. The primary responsibility will involve direct on-site supervision of construction works, guaranteeing that construction proceeds according to plan and maintaining the highest quality standards. Comprehensive feasibility studies will also be conducted for new industrial projects, providing critical analyses to support decision-making. Additional tasks will include developing specific projects—such as fire safety and activity-related projects—as well as supervising the implementation of corrective measures. Participation in technical audits of buildings and maintenance management will be required to ensure their proper future operation. Proactivity and analytical capability in a dynamic professional environment will be highly valued. Advanced technical education in Industrial Engineering, preferably with specialization in Structures and Construction, or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years’ demonstrable experience in managing industrial building projects is required. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; knowledge of Archicad or similar design software will be considered an advantage. A valid driver’s license is required. C2 level proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, and B2 level proficiency in English are required. Strong ability to read and interpret technical regulations is desirable.
