We are looking for a candidate with technical vision and organizational skills to manage maintenance and repair services, optimize human and material resources, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * **Planning, coordination, and supervision** of the after-sales and maintenance technical team's work. * **Management of incidents and breakdowns**, prioritizing and assigning tasks to technicians based on urgency and specialization. * Monitoring of intervention **timelines, quality, and costs**. * Preparation of **quotations, technical reports, and work orders**. * Supervision of electrical installations: sensors, cameras, LED strips, electric chargers, outdoor lighting, etc. * Management of department **inventory, tools, and materials**. * Direct communication with clients, suppliers, and technical management. * Ensuring compliance with **electrical regulations and occupational health and safety standards (PRL)**. **Requirements** * Degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field** (Bachelor’s or Technical). * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in maintenance, electrical installations, or after-sales service. * Knowledge of **low voltage, electrical panels, home automation, and electric chargers**. * Leadership ability and experience managing technical teams. * Proficiency in office tools and management software (ERP or CRM). * Class B driver's license. * Experience in industrial or technical service companies will be valued. **We Offer** * **Stable employment contract** and full-time position. * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience and responsibility. * Opportunities for professional development and involvement in innovation projects. * Immediate integration into a dynamic and growing team.
