Collaborative work environment. **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Industrial Solutions Department. * Junior Engineer * No team supervision required. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and monitoring of budgets and schedules. * Preparation of comparative analyses for equipment procurement and project subcontracting. * Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications. * Maintaining client relations to ensure expectations are met. * Preparation of internal and external reports. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive work environment. * Employment type: Permanent contract, with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week. * Schedule: Monday–Thursday, flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00, 8.5 hours of effective work. Knowledge of energy, mechanics, electricity, or control systems is desirable. * Skills: Project management. Energy efficiency and savings. Industrial installations.
