We are currently looking to hire a **Product Engineer** to strengthen our Engineering Department and support the technical development and evolution of our vessel range. **What will be your mission?** Working cross-functionally across our production system, you will participate in the development and continuous improvement of our vessels, ensuring efficient, functional, and technically sound solutions aligned with the quality, design, and seaworthiness standards that define Sasga Yachts. **Main Responsibilities** * Creation and management of digital 3D assemblies for Sasga Yachts models. * Preparation of technical documentation using Rhino, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. * Development of production drawings and technical manuals. * Creation of communication materials using Illustrator or similar tools. * Technical Department support in preparing commercial drawings. * Resolution of technical issues through preliminary 3D development. * Oversight of compliance with applicable technical regulations. **What are we looking for?** **Education** * Naval, Industrial, or Industrial Design Engineering (or equivalent). * Additional specialized training in the maritime sector. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in product engineering, technical office, or industrial development. * Experience in the nautical, automotive, or premium manufacturing sectors is highly valued. **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software. * Rhino, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Knowledge of materials, production processes, and manufacturing. * Familiarity with composites, technical joinery, or integration of marine systems. * Technical English proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a premium brand experiencing robust international growth. * Participation in innovative projects and high-quality vessels. * An environment where craftsmanship, engineering, and innovation coexist. * Job stability and long-term project involvement. * Full-time, intensive morning shifts. * Professional training and development. * A positive work environment and collaborative culture.
