The selected candidate will work on strategic, high-impact data projects for the company, participating in initiatives such as building reporting platforms, incentive models, and evolving logistics data through AI-based solutions. They will ensure business needs are translated into viable technical solutions, coordinating the full project lifecycle—from definition to implementation. The role requires a combination of functional vision, management capability, and technical expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Artificial Intelligence, along with experience leading data projects in Agile environments. This person—autonomous, skilled at structuring complex problems, possessing excellent communication skills and strategic vision—will be prepared to progressively assume functional leadership of a team composed of internal resources and external providers. **Key Responsibilities and Requirements.** **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Ensure alignment of Data and Artificial Intelligence initiatives with business strategy, identifying value-generation opportunities through advanced analytics and data management. * Act as the primary liaison between business areas and Data, Engineering, Architecture, and Development teams, facilitating effective communication between functional and technical profiles. * Analyze, structure, and document functional requirements, translating them into clear, prioritized, and project-aligned technical needs. * Lead end\-to\-end data projects, defining planning, roadmaps, priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverable tracking. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Architecture, Business, and external providers, ensuring timely delivery and solution quality. * Drive Data and Artificial Intelligence use cases from definition through deployment, coordinating proof-of-concepts, pilots, and scaling to production. * Oversee the design of data engineering solutions, ETL processes, and data platforms, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. * Prepare functional documentation, acceptance criteria, business rules, KPIs, and ensure requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. * Participate in functional testing, data validation, and post-implementation solution monitoring. * Prepare executive documentation and materials for steering committees and key stakeholders. * Promote best practices in data governance, quality, documentation, and information standardization. * Contribute to the area’s evolution by functionally coordinating internal teams and providers, with a trajectory toward future people leadership. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience leading Data and Artificial Intelligence projects from inception to completion. * Experience serving as a bridge between business and technical Data and Engineering teams. * Advanced knowledge of **SQL, Python, Snowflake**, and fundamentals of **algorithms and Artificial Intelligence**. * Experience working with **Agile** methodologies. * Ability to understand both business functional needs and technical aspects related to data engineering. * Experience in cross-functional management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams and providers. * High level of English proficiency. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels. * Autonomous profile with holistic vision, analytical capability, and results orientation. * Experience in logistics and Supply Chain-related projects will be valued. **We offer a variety of social benefits contributing to your well-being.** * Exclusive discounts and financing options. * Life insurance. * Corporate University. * Continuous training for professional development. * Study assistance for employees’ children. * In-house medical service. * Flexible compensation plan. **If this position interests you, we invite you to apply—as your experience could be highly valuable to us.
