Job Summary: This position offers a comprehensive overview of planning, demand, and supply across three key company areas, including IBP and KPI analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Rotation across three areas: Demand Planning, Pharma Operations, and ESO. 2. Participation in IBP and KPI analysis, such as Forecast Accuracy. 3. Introduction to systems including Power BI, SAP, and FuturMaster. **Mission** The objective of this internship is for the candidate to become familiar with **three different company areas**, gaining an overall view of the planning, demand, and supply processes: * **Demand Planning:** understanding demand requirements. * **Pharma Operations:** internal planning comprehension. * **ESO (External Sites Operations):** insight into how our **CMOs** operate. **Responsibilities** * Participation in the **IBP (Integrated Business Planning)** process. * Analysis of KPIs such as **Forecast Accuracy, BIAS, Service Level, OTIF**, among others. * Forecast analysis using the **FuturMaster** tool. * Anticipating potential stock issues arising from demand changes and proposing solutions to minimize impact. * Introduction to information management systems: **Power BI, SAP, Ortsoft, FuturMaster**, etc. * Monitoring and managing supply plans for both subsidiaries and partners. * Managing replenishment of finished goods from internal and external manufacturing sites. * Tracking complaints related to supply service. * Managing communication with suppliers (internal and external), identifying the first deliveries (batch, date, and quantity) that must incorporate changes to the finished product. * Optimizing obsolete finished goods and packaging materials. * Introduction to capacity analysis. * Understanding the operation of a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; a Master’s program is preferred. * Advanced English proficiency. **Experience** * Prior experience in any of the mentioned departments is desirable. * Experience using any of the mentioned software is desirable. **Values and Competencies** * Self-motivated individual. * Ability to learn quickly.
