This position plays a key role in **data analysis, work measurement, operational planning, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) migrations** within a highly regulated healthcare logistics environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with **Operations, IT, and Engineering** teams to collect and analyze operational data, develop reports and forecasts, conduct audits, participate in time studies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives—always ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into systematic processes within the **WMS**. * Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of healthcare supply chain solutions, in collaboration with Operations and IT. * Serve as the **first point of contact** for operational IT and WMS-related inquiries. * Receive intensive training on WMS applications and healthcare process compliance to effectively support implementations and migrations. * Collect, analyze, and maintain the data required for work measurement and operational planning. * Maintain and update operational plans, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Verify correct application of work measurement standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Conduct periodic process and compliance audits against established standards. * Document deviations, define action plans, and track corrective actions with management. * Assess the impact of short- and long-term forecasts on operational capacity and resource planning. * Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests using multiple systems and data sources. * Develop, maintain, and update forecasts, operational plans, dashboards, and tracking tools. * Prepare annual staffing projections based on historical data, trends, and future demand. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, time studies, and operational optimization projects. **Requirements and Skills** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering** or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence, or similar roles. * Solid understanding of operational processes, constraints, and failure points, with ability to propose and implement improvements. * Technical profile, with capability to resolve issues related to: + Information systems reporting + Custom report generation + Data integration and storage * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business process modeling skills. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**; experience with **Visio** is a plus. * Knowledge of **SQL and MS Access** (desirable). * Experience in logistics or supply chain environments, ideally with exposure to both operations and IT. * Healthcare sector experience is a plus, but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills. * **Proficiency in English is mandatory**; additional languages are valued. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Opportunity to work in a globally impactful **healthcare logistics leadership environment**. * Direct involvement in large-scale WMS implementations and operational projects. * Continuous learning through structured training on systems and healthcare compliance. * Collaborative, data-driven, and continuous-improvement-oriented culture. * Flexible working hours and willingness to travel. **Why Work at UPS Healthcare?** ---------------------------------------- Because here you don’t just optimize processes: **you help ensure treatments, medicines, and healthcare products reach those who need them—on time**.
