Job Description We are seeking an **Industrial Engineering Consulting** profile to support the introduction and industrialization of products in complex production environments, ensuring technical preparation, coordination with operations, and efficient industrial deployment. Main responsibilities include: * Support for industrial preparation and introduction * Technical coordination with operations, methods, and manufacturing teams * Analysis of technical impacts, constraints, and industrial risks * Support for testing, validation, and industrial readiness activities * Contribution to technical documentation and continuous improvement Requirements * Experience in productive industrial environments and direct collaboration with plant teams * Knowledge of industrialization and technology deployment processes * Ability to analyze industrial impact (lead times, quality, ergonomics, safety) * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, methods, operations, quality) * Proficiency with industrial support tools (process tools, technical documentation, advanced spreadsheets, collaborative systems) * Familiarity with industrial methodologies (Lean, PDCA, continuous improvement) * Ability to work onsite in operational environments * Autonomy and effective communication skills Additional Information What do we offer you? * Permanent contract and full-time working hours * 23 days of vacation * Meal vouchers * Financial assistance for private health insurance coverage. * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language competencies.
