




Position Summary: We are seeking an HSE Technician to join our Health, Safety & Environment department, ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards across our operations. Collaborate in the design and implementation of the HSE management system * **Position:** HSE Technician * **Location:** Riells i Viabrea * **Contract Type:** Temporary * **Working Hours:** Full-time **Our Team:** We are part of the HSE (Health, Safety \& Environment) department at Sanofi's Riells i Viabrea site, dedicated to ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards across all our operations. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- **HSE Planning and Management** * Participate in developing the annual HSE activity plan * Take responsibility for executing assigned activities within the department * Provide support for all tasks carried out by the HSE department **Compliance and Supervision** * Ensure compliance with HSE standards and principles in all activities conducted at Sanofi's Riells site * Ensure external personnel comply with company standards * Monitor and ensure compliance with conditions for external contractors' interventions, in accordance with legal requirements and company specifications **System Development and Implementation** * Actively collaborate in the design, implementation, dissemination, and monitoring of the HSE management system * Provide HSE advice and support for all activities at the Riells plant **About You** ------------ **Experience:** Prior experience in HSE roles within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries. Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations **Technical Competencies:** * Familiarity with HSE management systems * Knowledge of legal regulations on safety and environmental protection * Experience managing external companies and contractors * Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures **Interpersonal Skills:** * Ability to advise and communicate effectively * Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement * Collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to supervise and monitor **Education:** * **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Master’s in Prevention Techniques, or equivalent qualification * **Desirable:** Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related fields * **Languages:** Spanish; English is desirable **Note for Candidates:** *The Riells site, currently owned by Sanofi, is part of this transactional agreement and is scheduled to be transferred to Adamed.
