Job Summary: Ingeteam is seeking a Global PLM Engineer to maintain and enhance engineering and production digital systems based on Teamcenter and SAP, ensuring information consistency and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages technical data in Teamcenter and SAP, including BOM. 2. Provides user support and training for Teamcenter and SAP. 3. Improves workflows and digitalization projects, optimizing processes. **Ingeteam**, a leading company in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is looking to hire a GLOBAL PLM ENGINEER \- TEAM CENTER \& SAP for its facilities in **Sesma**, **Sarriguren (Pamplona), Zamudio or Ortuella**. The selected candidate will join the Operations C\&C Department team with the objective of ensuring maintenance, control, and improvement of engineering and production digital systems based on Teamcenter and SAP, guaranteeing information consistency, product traceability, and efficiency in data management across Ingeteam’s various production plants. This position combines technical expertise in PLM and ERP systems with practical knowledge of industrial processes. **Responsibilities:** * Management of technical data in Teamcenter and SAP, including BOM and product information synchronization. * User support and training for engineering, production, and quality teams in the use of Teamcenter and SAP. * Improvement of workflows and digitalization projects, integrating and optimizing data management processes across various production plants. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Manufacturing/Process Engineering. Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement training is desirable. * English: B2 level. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments is desirable. * IT Skills: SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency. Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Competencies: Autonomy, strong ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, negotiation skills, and capability to interpret and manage varied situations and professional profiles, combining technical knowledge with interpersonal skills.
