Job Summary: We are seeking a Global AI Expert Engineer to design, evolve, and industrialize enterprise-scale generative AI and agentic architecture solutions, leading complex projects. Are you motivated to explore new technologies, define technical standards, and turn innovation into real business capabilities? **What You Will Do:** You will join the team responsible for designing and evolving the company’s AI capabilities, with a focus on agentic architectures, cloud platforms, and technical enablement of business units. You will actively contribute to defining best practices, executing PoCs, and ensuring AI solutions are developed securely, governed, scalable, and aligned with the Group’s enterprise standards. * Technical leadership in GenAI and agentic architectures * Design and evolve advanced agentic architectures for enterprise use cases. * Work with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, and advanced orchestration patterns. * Define agent archetypes, coordination flows, and reusable building blocks. * Drive industrialization of GenAI solutions on corporate platforms. * Design and implement solutions on AWS Bedrock and Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio. * Evaluate and integrate various foundation models (Claude, GPT, or others). * Define common architectural patterns in multi-cloud environments. * Design and execute technical PoCs to validate new technologies, frameworks, or approaches. * Assess the technical and operational impact of solutions prior to industrial adoption. * Define best practices, technical guidelines, and standards for GenAI and agentic solutions. * Contribute to continuous improvement of GenAI development methodologies and processes. * Support discovery and technical evaluation activities for use cases. * Guide development teams and external vendors in adopting GenAI capabilities. * Actively use and evaluate AI-powered developer assistants (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or others). * Explore agentic approaches applied to productivity, code generation, and refactoring. * Lead complex AI projects across multiple geographies, integrating internal teams and external vendors. * Manage budgets, evaluate technological alternatives, and estimate their financial impact. **What We Are Looking For:** * University degree in Computer Science or related scientific-technical fields. * Advanced training in Artificial Intelligence. * Fluent English to lead international projects. **Other Valuable Requirements** * Strong technological curiosity and an exploratory mindset. * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively. * Proactivity, critical thinking, and clear communication. * Organization, self-management, and ability to solve complex problems. * Adaptability to change and capacity for rapid decision-making. * Empathy, motivation, and ability to drive global transformations. * Skills to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams. * Experience in vendor management and procurement. **Specific Knowledge** * Solid experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments). * Hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based systems in enterprise settings. * Practical knowledge of agentic frameworks and agent orchestration. * Experience with AWS Bedrock and/or Azure AI Foundry platforms. * Ability to define reusable architectures and capabilities at enterprise scale. * Understanding of security, governance, and cost principles in cloud environments. **What We Offer:** * You will join an IBEX 35 company with international presence and over 40,000 employees. * You will enjoy a competitive salary, social benefits, and work-life balance measures. * Among other work-life balance initiatives, we operate on a year-round continuous working day. * You will work in a dynamic and highly qualified team, within an international work environment and on innovative projects. * You will have a Welcome Program, enabling you to understand the company globally and how it operates. * And, of course, a Continuous Training Program you can pursue at the Iberdrola Campus. **Our Selection Process:** *At Iberdrola, diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential pillars of our daily operations.
