DESCRIPTION **We are looking for a Generative AI Solutions Project Manager** At CYC, we are seeking a **Generative AI Project Manager** with experience leading innovative technological projects and the ability to align artificial intelligence capabilities with our clients' business objectives. We are looking for someone who enjoys **managing technical teams**, **interacting with clients**, and **structuring functional solutions** based on the latest advances in Generative AI, especially within the Azure ecosystem. You will join a technology consultancy specialized in digital transformation, with over 200 professionals distributed across Madrid, Bilbao, Pamplona, Zaragoza, and San Sebastián, and more than 30 years of experience supporting organizations in their digital evolution. **What will you do on a daily basis?** As a Generative AI Solutions Project Manager at CYC: * You will coordinate end\-to\-end projects based on Generative AI: from functional conceptualization with the client to solution deployment. * You will lead a technical team specialized in procode development (Python, Azure Functions, LangChain, Semantic Kernel...), responsible for implementing business solutions based on AI Agents, etc. * You will manage client relationships, acting as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and continuous alignment with business expectations. * You will participate in the **functional definition of the solution**, validating approaches, designing workflows, and measuring impact, without needing to dive into technical details. * You will coordinate project planning, tracking, and delivery, applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), supported by tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence. * You will provide strategic vision, helping identify new opportunities for Generative AI applications (AI Agents) within the client's organization. **What we expect from you** **Essential:** * At least **3\-5 years of experience in managing technological projects**, preferably related to automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions, with specific experience in Generative AI in the last 2 years. * Ability to **understand and translate business needs** into functional requirements oriented toward Generative AI solutions. * General knowledge of the **Azure ecosystem and its Generative AI capabilities**: Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, etc. * Skill in **coordinating multidisciplinary teams** and working with technical specialists involved in AI solution development. * Previous experience working with **clients across various sectors**, highly results-oriented and focused on delivered value. * Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, DevOps...). * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. **Desirable:** * Technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications...) or equivalent experience. * Knowledge in designing functional architectures for RAG-type solutions, copilots, chatbots, etc. * Experience in consulting or developing innovative solutions. * Certifications in project management (Scrum Master, PMP) or in AI / Cloud (Microsoft AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.). **What we offer** * **Participation in innovative projects with major clients and real technological challenges.** * **Joining a human team of outstanding professionals and even better people, certified as GREAT PLACE TO WORK** * **Dynamic, collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.** * **Access to cutting-edge technologies and continuous training opportunities.** * **Possibility to work remotely from anywhere in Spain.** * **Flexibility, autonomy, and a culture built on trust and social impact.** **Additionally:** **Hybrid work model (3 days on-site \+ 2 days remote).** **Additional 2 weeks of remote work during summer or Christmas.** **Continuous training: certifications, courses, English...** **Flexible compensation (meal vouchers, childcare, transportation, training...).** **Career development plan and annual salary review.** **Shortened working hours on Fridays during summer, Christmas, and holidays.** **A stable environment with real opportunities for professional growth and participation in high-impact strategic projects.** **Interested?** If you have experience leading technological projects and want to work with Generative AI solutions that transform how organizations operate, **we’d love to hear from you!** Send your CV to **rrhh@cyc.es**
