Ongoing training and work-life balance **Factory Technical Office Technician** =========================================== We are seeking a Production Center Manager to lead and supervise the overall operation of the plant, ensuring that manufacturing processes — especially assembly and welding operations — comply with established standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will lead a team of approximately 10 people, with prior experience in managing industrial teams being essential. ### **Responsibilities** * Creation, review, and maintenance of routings, bill of materials (BOM), and process sheets. * Technical support to production for resolving in-line incidents. * Control and updating of product technical specifications. * Management of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and engineering documentation. * Development and updating of technical drawings, exploded views, and related documentation. * Participation in continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Coordination with Quality, Purchasing, and Production departments. * Verification of compliance with applicable standards and regulations. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Technical education: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Mechanical Design/Production or equivalent. * Prior experience in a technical office or industrial environment (minimum 1–2 years). * Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar). * Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding, etc.). * Ability to interpret drawings, tolerances, and specifications. * Basic knowledge of ERP systems for technical data management. * Organized, detail-oriented working approach. ### **Desirable** * Experience in hydraulic components companies or related sectors. * Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or others). * Experience in continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). * Technical English proficiency (reading technical documentation). * Teamwork and interdepartmental communication skills. ### **What We Offer** * Ongoing training * Work-life balance * Permanent contract **Details** ------------ Location Zaragoza Department Production Contract Type Permanent Salary Range (Based on qualifications) Work Mode On-site \- Start Date: Negotiable Additional Details Share this job posting #### **Follow us on LinkedIn!**
