Our services include both in-house projects and technical assistance for engineering firms, construction companies, and real estate asset management firms. Additionally, we provide BIM and technological advisory and consulting services to enterprises at different stages. We are currently seeking a **FACILITIES MANAGER**, with experience both in technical offices and on-site construction, for building projects in **Madrid**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of installation budgets and quantity take-offs. * Drafting and development of technical documentation. * Supervision and monitoring of on-site execution. * Coordination with subcontractors, technical supervision, and clients. * Cost control and work planning. * Resolution of technical issues during execution phase. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join a prominent engineering firm. * Full-time position. * Training plan. **If you are considering a professional change and find it interesting to start your career at a leading company in the engineering sector, we look forward to welcoming you!** **Requirements:** --------------- * Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical and hydraulic installations. * Experience in budgeting and quantity take-offs. * Experience in construction execution and site monitoring. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Presto or other estimating software is desirable. * Strong on-site management and issue-resolution capabilities.
