Job Description We are looking for an **Extended Reality Specialist Engineer** to develop and support digital solutions for industrial process training and evaluation, leveraging immersive technologies and digital content applied to production environments. The main responsibilities of this position are: * Development and adaptation of digital content for industrial training * Support for the use of immersive solutions in operational environments * Identification of use cases together with engineering and plant teams * Evolution of solutions based on operational feedback * Documentation and knowledge transfer Requirements * Experience with digital solutions applied to industrial environments * Development or adaptation of digital content for training or simulation * Direct interaction with technical and operational users * Proficiency with 3D tools and visualization (graphics engines, 3D viewers, simulators) * Ability to document and transfer knowledge * Experience working with agile or iterative methodologies (Agile, Scrum, rapid prototyping) * Focus on real-world plant use cases * Strong technical communication skills Additional Information What do we offer you? * Indefinite contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
