We are seeking an Embedded System Analyst / Systems Engineer to work on an aerospace project in a hybrid mode. Key Responsibilities: * Participation in the full systems engineering lifecycle. * Understanding and decomposing high-level requirements, generating clear system and subsystem specifications. * Definition and maintenance of technical architectures and interfaces. * Ensuring full traceability among requirements, design, and testing. * Preparation of system acceptance documentation. * Defining and setting up test suites, understanding their structure and what each validates. * Development of detailed test procedures for functional validation. * Planning and execution of system and subsystem tests within an aerospace simulation environment. * Continuous process improvement, automation, and tooling. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems engineering or software/systems requirements management. * Experience working with high-level requirements and defining associated tests. * Ability to prepare test procedures and understand validation test suites. * Solid knowledge of requirements management using DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent tools. * English level minimum B2. * Knowledge of aerospace systems (FCS, Radar, Mission, DASS, etc.) is a PLUS. Job Description – Grade Specific Highly Valued: * Experience in simulation, training, simulated tactical systems, or embedded software. * Experience working in environments similar to Indra, defense, or flight simulators. * Background in the defense industry (ideally combat or training aircraft). * General knowledge of embedded systems—programming skills not required.
