




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer or Technician for second-level technical support to technicians and customers, proposing product improvements and managing projects. Key Highlights: 1. Management of special equipment projects We are looking for a person to provide second-level technical support to labeling technicians across Spain. The position also involves attending to customers nationwide when incidents arise requiring intervention of this level. Responsibilities will include direct communication with the factory to propose product improvements and providing technical assistance during customer meetings whenever deep technical expertise is required. Additionally, the role entails preparing technical proposals and managing special equipment projects jointly with the factory, among other related duties. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, from Monday to Friday. Working hours will be split, between 08:00 and 17:15, including statutory breaks. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Vehicle required to commute to the workplace. * Knowledge of SQL databases. * Experience handling vision systems and software support. * \- English level B2\. * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electronic Vocational Training, Electromechanics, Mechatronics or Robotics.
