This role is key to the execution and supervision of electrical substation construction projects, ensuring that quality, safety, and schedule standards are met. Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical substation construction projects. * Manage human and material resources necessary for project execution, optimizing costs and timelines. * Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed in the field of electrical substations. * Monitor compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. * Prepare and present technical progress reports to project management. * Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders throughout the construction process. * Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution. * Supervise assigned work teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Electrical Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical substation construction. * Solid knowledge of applicable electrical and construction regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Experience using project management software and planning tools. * Willingness to reside in the province.
