This project represents a significant milestone in the renewable energy sector and offers a dynamic and technically demanding work environment. ### **Key Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will play a critical role in supervising and executing key project phases. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * **Technical Supervision of Electrical Installations:** Ensuring correct and safe installation of all electrical components, including high-voltage equipment, power converters, protection and control systems, guaranteeing compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. * **System Commissioning and Testing:** Leading and executing functional tests and commissioning of electrical and control systems, validating their operability and performance in accordance with technical specifications and project requirements. * **Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all installation and assembly activities are carried out under strict quality control protocols and in compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations in the offshore and industrial sectors. * **Inspections and Reporting:** Conducting periodic and thorough field inspections, documenting installation progress, identifying and managing issues, and issuing detailed technical reports on status, compliance, and recommendations. ### **Essential Requirements:** To succeed in this position, the candidate must meet the following requirements: * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in similar roles, with a focus on technical management and installation of complex electrical systems. * **Specific Experience:** Proven experience in commissioning SCADA/HMI (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition / Human-Machine Interface) systems and solid knowledge of the specific characteristics and demands of the offshore sector. * **Languages:** English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication in an international environment. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** In addition to the essential requirements, the following will be considered advantageous: * **Project Experience:** Prior experience in industrial, offshore, or large-scale energy infrastructure projects. * **Mechanical Knowledge:** Familiarity with principles and applications of mechanical engineering that complement electrical work. ### **What We Offer:** At Eosol Group, we value the talent and commitment of our employees.
