




Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Director to lead quality management, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance in projects, while interacting with customers and coordinating teams. We are seeking a **QUALITY DIRECTOR** for our projects in Burgos: **Responsibilities**: * Lead quality management and continuous improvement in the plant, covering both processes and final products * Implement, maintain, and improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable regulations * Direct liaison with national and international customers, ensuring compliance with their requirements * Analysis and interpretation of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, and machining processes * Define and monitor quality control plans and quality tools (e.g., 8D, PDCA) * Supervise customer-specific requirements and ensure their correct implementation in the plant * Coordinate teams and manage personnel within the quality area * Collaborate closely with production and other technical departments * Promote a quality culture in industrial environments, especially on the shop floor **Requirements**: * Degree in Engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the metal sector, preferably in a plant environment (foundry experience is a plus) * Proven experience in quality management and continuous improvement * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements * Experience dealing with both national and international customers * Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, PDCA, control plans, etc. * Advanced level of English, both spoken and written * Knowledge of machining processes and engineering drawing interpretation * Experience in metrology and non-destructive testing (NDT) is desirable * Experience in team management **Work Location**: * Burgos **Offer**: * Salary commensurate with proven experience * Immediate incorporation * Project-based and permanent contract,
