We are constantly seeking passionate, talented individuals who share our values and wish to join this exciting journey. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, metasearch engines, retargeting). * Monitoring campaign performance by market and channel. * Analysis of performance KPIs (conversion, CPA, ROI, etc.). * Identification of deviations from objectives and proposal of corrective actions. * Data exploitation for continuous campaign improvement and decision-making. * Management and implementation of tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Ensuring accurate measurement of events and conversions (GA4, Eulerian, etc.). * Preparation of clear, structured, and actionable reports on results. * Translation of data into business insights. * Application of artificial intelligence solutions. * Coordination with internal marketing, product, and data teams. * Technical and analytical support in executing digital campaigns. **What Will Make You Successful?** * Prior experience in performance campaigns. * Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads. * Solid understanding of performance KPIs (conversion, CPA, ROI, etc.). * Organized, methodical profile with strong data analysis orientation. * Expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM). * Advanced knowledge of data analysis and application. * Fluent English and Spanish. **CONDITIONS** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday. * Workplace at our headquarters in Llucmajor (Mallorca). * Air tickets with our airline and partner airlines for travel to all our destinations with family and friends. **DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION** We are committed to environmental and social sustainability.
