We are looking for a technically skilled professional with leadership aspirations to take responsibility for our digitalization line at our Valladolid office. You will serve as the local technological reference, holding a cross-functional role that combines technical leadership, business development, and people management, directly coordinated with the unit’s management. An ideal opportunity for those wishing to build and lead a growing line with real impact and visibility. **Responsibilities** * Drive the growth of the digitalization line from Valladolid, aligned with the unit’s strategy. * Participate in talent acquisition and development, supporting the team’s evolution. * Identify commercial opportunities and collaborate in defining business lines. * Act as the technical reference, promoting innovation, best practices, and technological excellence. * Identify relevant trends (AI, digital twin, automation, computer vision, data, etc.). * Participate in national and international R\+D proposals and projects. * Represent the area at external events, forums, and positioning activities. **What We Offer?** * Role with high impact and real autonomy. * Hybrid position bridging technology, business, and people. * Projects in industrial and technological environments with client exposure and strategic involvement. * Professional development plan. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements:** * Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or related fields). * +5 years of experience in technological or digitalization environments. * Up-to-date knowledge of industrial digitalization, AI, software, data, automation, computer vision, etc. * Advanced English (minimum B2, preferably C1\). * Leadership, influence, and team development capabilities. * Business orientation and strategic vision. * Mindset of continuous learning.
