We are looking for a candidate with technical expertise and management capability to lead the Analytics \& Reporting platforms serving multiple business areas. This is a key role within the digital ecosystem of an organization strongly committed to data, innovation, and operational efficiency. ? **Your Mission** You will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and evolution of analytical platforms, aligning them with the technological strategy, security standards, and service-level requirements of a highly regulated banking environment. ? What Will You Do Day-to-Day? * Lead the operation of platforms such as **SAS, MicroStrategy, Denodo, Power BI, or Data Management and AI tools** * Coordinate external teams responsible for system administration * Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability * Define and monitor **KPIs, SLAs, and capacity planning** * Guarantee compliance with security, audit, and IT governance regulations * Manage software licenses and technological assets * Drive technological improvements together with strategic partners * Lead demand and project management within the domain * Act as a bridge between business and technology * Prepare reports on initiatives and project progress ? **What Are We Looking For?** **Technical Requirements:** * University degree (Engineering, Mathematics or related field) * \+4 years of experience in similar roles (Service Delivery, platform management, etc.) * Experience with tools such as: * MicroStrategy * SAS * Denodo * Power BI * Informatica PowerCenter **Key Soft Skills:** * Results-oriented and proactive mindset * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Problem-solving profile adaptable to complex environments * **Especially Valued** * Knowledge of data architecture * Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, Agile, etc.) * Experience in the banking or financial sector * English proficiency at B2 level or higher ? **What Do We Offer?** * Participation in a technology environment undergoing full transformation * Strategic projects with real business impact * Work with market-leading tools * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and technology partners * Professional development within a solid and evolving organization * ?
