For our offices in Valencia, we are looking for: **Customer Service Agents \- German Market** What will you do? You will handle customer contacts via **chat and email**, resolving inquiries, managing incidents, and providing support. Who are we looking for? * Prior **customer service experience**. * Native-level **German language proficiency**. * Excellent **customer service skills**. * An **empathetic** individual capable of building trusting relationships with others. * Strong **communication and active listening skills**. * Ability to **adapt** to customer requests and manage them efficiently. * Skill in engaging customers and securing their **commitment**. * Familiarity with common IT tools and proficiency using digital tools (e-commerce platforms). * Goal-oriented mindset. **Bonus qualifications:** * Prior experience in a Contact Center. * Prior experience managing customers via **chat and email**. * Advanced level of **English or Spanish**.
