The Role We seek a Corporate General Director to lead the company’s corporate functions and ensure achievement of strategic objectives related to growth, profitability, and sustainability. This position sits on the Executive Committee and reports directly to the CEO. It is a highly autonomous and visible role, ideal for someone who enjoys building, bringing order, and making things happen. We are not looking for someone who leads solely from above: we need a hands-on profile that combines strategic vision with real execution capability. The direct team comprises five people, with responsibility over Finance, People, and Organization & IS. Key Responsibilities Strategic Objectives and Operational Execution * Collaborate in defining and tracking strategic objectives (KPIs) * Implement performance measurement systems (KPIs, Sub-KPIs, and OKRs) Corporate Structure and Organizational Alignment * Design corporate organizational charts and organizational structures * Ensure alignment and coordination across business units, divisions, geographies, and legal entities * Prepare the company for scaling by creating processes, systems, and tools * Propose new management methodologies and, where applicable, lead their implementation * Oversee performance of various departments and key projects Resource Management * Manage and allocate financial, human, and technological resources efficiently * Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency * Directly supervise Finance, People, and Organization & IS functions Compliance and Risk Management * Assess and mitigate strategic, financial, legal, and operational risks * Define and adopt best practices * Develop contingency and business continuity plans Culture and Leadership * Foster a positive organizational culture grounded in the company’s values * Lead initiatives promoting employee engagement * Coordinate with the Executive Committee and facilitate decision-making Profile We Are Seeking Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate management roles, with a proven track record leading cross-functional areas — such as Finance, Operations, or People — simultaneously. Experience in growth-stage or expanding companies and managing multidisciplinary teams. Key Competencies * Hands-on execution: Ability to dive into details and deliver results, not only lead from above * Cross-functional management: Skill in leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority * Order and structure: Ability to bring clarity and structure to environments with undefined processes * Executive communication: Clarity and conciseness when reporting to leadership and coordinating with peers on the Executive Committee * Versatility: Comfort managing diverse areas (Finance, People, IT) without needing to be an expert in all * English and Spanish C1/C2; Catalan is a plus.
