JOB DESCRIPTION Eosol Group is seeking a Contract Manager for a substitution role with an estimated duration from March to June 2026\. The position will be based in Madrid and requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience in contract management. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Contractual Close-Outs:** Manage the contractual close-out of completed or nearly completed projects, including Ayora and Tahivilla. This will cover managing and closing open claims, preparing comprehensive close-out documentation (e.g., CAP, CAF, and final contractual close-out), managing the return of bank guarantees, and preparing the guarantee matrix. * **Tender Process:** Provide essential support in managing the tender process for the Panbianco and Benante projects. Tasks include preparing tender packages, conducting detailed reviews of received technical proposals, and managing responses to queries raised by bidders. * **Contract Preparation:** Actively collaborate in preparing contracts for the Panbianco and Benante projects. This includes supporting contract drafting, participating in negotiations of contractual clauses with selected bidders, and preparing corresponding annexes. * **Additional Tasks:** Perform other administrative and contract management tasks necessary for the smooth operation of projects and the department. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in roles such as Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, or similar positions. * Demonstrable knowledge and experience in contract management, preferably within the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. * Ability to interpret and draft legal and contractual documents. * Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word). * Native or bilingual level of Spanish. * Availability for temporary employment for the specified duration. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of English. * University degree in Law, Business Administration (ADE), Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in claim and bank guarantee management. * Familiarity with contract management software.
