We need someone who enjoys the rigor of accounting, is extremely agile in data processing, and possesses that "clinical eye" for detail that prevents errors. Accounting Management and Data Entry: Responsible for the daily accounting of your client portfolio, ensuring all information is up to date. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, resolving their questions and advising them on their daily operations. Tax Support: Preparation and filing of standard tax forms (VAT, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.). Technology-Driven Optimization: Use our AI and automation tools to streamline data entry and improve internal processes. Digital Tools Usage: Daily operations using Google Workspace and management software (ERP) such as Holded or A3\. * Minimum 3 years’ experience. Experienced Accountant: You have a well-established track record (approximately 3\-5 years). * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP Grado Superior). * English (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written). * Competencies / Knowledge: We’d love to meet you if you… manage client portfolios and master the full accounting cycle. You are proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.). You have prior experience with ERPs (Holded, A3, ...). You possess genuine curiosity about AI and how to apply it to enhance your work. Valuable: A good level of English will be an asset when dealing with international clients. Excellent Communicator: You feel comfortable interacting directly with clients, clearly and approachably explaining accounting or tax-related questions. Precise and Agile: You handle large volumes of information while maintaining quality and achieving "zero error."
