Coordination and supervision of technical deliverables ### **Description** At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team by incorporating a Python Consultant to join one of our most important clients in the Public Sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Providing AI consulting and development services within the functional context of public administration, with strong technological and innovative requirements. * Project management, including planning creation, tracking, and updating. * Managing your own team and liaising with other teams to manage expectations, gather requirements, and present results. * Coordinating and supervising all technical deliverables and tasks falling within the service scope, including: + Coordination with other system owners in the ecosystem where the platform is deployed. + Identification of ways to leverage information through artificial intelligence. + Support in defining and analyzing AI-related information systems. + Definition and implementation of processes related to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). + Market analysis of platforms and systems related to AI, client-specific adaptation, and definition of architectures and systems—both on-premise, cloud-based, or hybrid infrastructures. * Data ingestion from all types of sources, methods, and structures. * Development of data analysis strategies. * Preparation of analysis, design, and construction documentation (e.g., user manuals, test plans, requirement traceability matrices) for projects covered under this service, including logical and physical data models. * Monitoring compliance with methodological and security standards, ensuring adherence to application software development security standards; supporting teams in resolving vulnerabilities. ### **Minimum Requirements** **What are we looking for in you?** * Minimum general experience of 7 years in IT projects. * Minimum specific experience of 5 years in IT projects performing technological consulting, analysis, design, and development of information systems based on large-volume data processing or artificial intelligence. * Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical consulting in Python and developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask, documented via OpenAPI or Swagger, in CI/CD environments with pipelines in Airflow, Kubeflow, or Prefect, packaged with Docker and deployed on Kubernetes. * Minimum 3 years of experience developing with SQLAlchemy and PostgreSQL persistence layers, as well as asynchronous queues using Celery or Redis, and structured logging. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT projects performing container orchestration, Kubernetes clusters, and observability infrastructure management. * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT projects performing administration and querying of vector databases. **Where would we like you to be located for this position?** This role will be performed at the client’s offices located at Calle Enrique Granados 6, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, in a hybrid working mode. **What can we offer you?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Salary negotiated according to your experience and expectations. * Flexible schedule: 8 hours Monday–Thursday and 7 hours on Friday.
