Main responsibilities include: * Planning, organizing, and monitoring project execution. * Coordinating work teams, specialist applicators, and subcontractors. * Technical and financial control of projects. * Supervising the correct application of industrial flooring and coating systems. * Monitoring deadlines, quality, and execution costs. * Preparing and monitoring certifications, measurements, and production control. * Liaising with clients, technical management, and suppliers. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. * Prior experience as Site Manager, Site Technician, or Project Manager in the construction sector. * Experience in **industrial flooring, waterproofing, technical coatings, or structural rehabilitation** is highly valued. * Strong organizational, planning, and team leadership skills. * Results-oriented, proactive problem-solving profile. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Catalonia. * Proficiency in computer tools: Office, Excel, and construction management software (Presto, MS Project or similar).
