Based in the province of **Cádiz**, this position offers the opportunity to join a team committed to sustainability, participating in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems on construction sites, under strict safety and quality standards. The selected candidate will contribute to renewable energy projects that make a difference, working in a dynamic environment where innovation and excellence are core values. Job Responsibilities * Plan and comprehensively manage site execution, ensuring technical and quality objectives are met. * Coordinate and supervise internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and proper task allocation. * Monitor costs, schedules, and certification documentation, managing deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Ensure occupational health and safety, supervising compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) regulations. * Maintain communication with technical management and the client, reporting progress and managing incidents. Requirements * University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or a related field. * Minimum five years’ experience serving as a Construction Manager. * Proven track record managing large-scale projects. * Solid knowledge of planning tools such as MS Project, Presto, or similar. * Leadership and organizational skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
