The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. We offer: Weekly working hours: 22 hours. Schedule: As per roster, with corresponding rest days. Salary according to the Communal Catering Collective Agreement. Duration: Temporary replacement for sick leave (IT). Temporary contract. Job Responsibilities Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. Design menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and equipment. Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. Requirements Preferred education in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services, Technician in Cooking, or equivalent. Proven experience in the hospitality, communal catering, restaurant, or related sectors. Preference given to candidates with 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Problem-solving individual with strong communication skills. Team player. Flexible availability regarding working hours.
