TOGAF*** Key responsibilities as Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Leader: Support the definition of the technological strategy for evolving corporate reference architectures, serving as a source of new ideas to be implemented into the capability for evolving technological architectures. Manage the Architecture Office service for the systems domain, with cross-domain collaboration involving other domain leaders and the Service Manager, to ensure comprehensive architectural oversight across all initiatives. Collaborate on the evolution of the architecture roadmap to ensure each initiative is operationally deployed and integrated into corporate technological solutions. Report service activities according to the established governance model within one of the activity domains, including measurement of defined SLAs and KPIs—both for assessing service operational performance and for evaluating the business value delivered by the Enterprise Architecture Department, aligned with Santalucía Group’s Strategic Plan (performance and impact KPIs). Manage project demand—including enhancements and incidents—with capacity planning and operational team resource allocation via the corporate ServiceNow platform. Serve as recognized subject-matter experts and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) for each domain within the organization.
