The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct technical, economic, and timely execution of works, guaranteeing high standards of quality and safety.* Direction and supervision of all phases of port construction projects. * Coordination of technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Planning and schedule monitoring management. * Cost, resource, and material control. * Ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. * Preparation of technical reports and progress meetings with the client. Requirements * Civil Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum of **5 years** of civil engineering experience, preferably in port projects. * Knowledge of maritime regulations and technical standards for port construction. * Experience in planning, budget management, and site control. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * High-level Spanish (technical English is an asset). * Prior experience as Civil Works Manager in ports or maritime infrastructure. * Familiarity with construction management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
