The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper technical, economic, and timely execution of the works, guaranteeing high standards of quality and safety. * Manage and supervise all phases of port construction projects. * Coordinate the technical team, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Manage planning and monitoring of the construction schedule. * Control costs, resources, and materials. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety regulations. * Prepare technical reports and progress meetings with the client. Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in civil works, preferably in port projects. * Knowledge of maritime regulations and port construction technical standards. * Experience in planning, budget management, and construction control. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * High proficiency in Spanish (technical English is a plus). * Prior experience as Civil Works Manager in ports or maritime infrastructures. * Familiarity with construction management software (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
