With over 35 years of experience, we combine rigor and proximity to deliver the best experience for candidates and identify talent that best aligns with the culture and challenges of each partner company. **Job Description:** Reporting to the site team, the selected candidate will be responsible for the technical direction and execution of civil engineering projects in the province of Barcelona, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with deadlines and budgets. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction works across all phases: setting out, progress monitoring, and handover of works. * Manage and supervise work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical and safety instructions. * Control and validate measurements, work certifications, and daily reports, as well as prepare and review technical reports. * Ensure compliance with current regulations on occupational health and safety and quality standards. * Participate in technical planning and cost control of the project, proposing corrective measures when necessary. * Communicate and coordinate with the technical office, design management, and client to resolve on-site incidents and support decision-making. **Required Profile:** * Technical or university degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, Public Works, or equivalent. * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on building, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects. * Solid knowledge of reading drawings, quality control, measurements, and budgeting. * Proficiency in office software (Excel); experience with budgeting or construction management software (Presto, AutoCAD, MS Project or similar) is desirable. * Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. * Availability to work on-site in Barcelona and undertake occasional travel within the province. * Valid Spanish driving license (Class B) and personal vehicle. **Especially Valued:** * Prior experience in hydraulic infrastructure, urban development, or projects requiring specific quality control. * Knowledge of sector-specific regulations and public procurement rules. * Training in occupational health and safety (basic or advanced level). **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a stable project with a construction-sector company, with potential for continuity. * Competitive salary conditions aligned with your experience. * Professional development opportunities and involvement in relevant technical projects. * Positive work environment and specialized technical team.
