Your duties will include: * **Quality Plan Development:** Design and develop effective quality plans to guide our projects. * **Testing Plans:** Define and establish testing plans to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. * **PPI Development:** Create Incident Prevention Programs to minimize risks in our projects. * **Quality Document Control:** Perform document control related to project quality, reviewing and approving quality certificates, batch certificates, performance declarations, DITE, and ETAs. * **Testing Plan Monitoring:** Coordinate with external laboratories for planning, organizing, and monitoring the testing plan. * **Structural Control:** Supervise control of embankments, reinforced concrete structures, metal structures, prefabricated concrete structures, asphalt work, and waterproofing. * **Concrete Batch Control:** Apply acceptance criteria to concrete batches, ensuring traceability and compliance with applicable regulations. * **Anti-corrosion and Fireproofing Treatments:** Supervise and verify compliance with anti-corrosion and fireproofing treatments on metal structures. * **Passive Fire Protection Systems:** Ensure proper implementation of passive fire protection systems across all construction sites. * **Quality Dossier Preparation:** Prepare documents compiling all relevant information and quality results from the project. * **Non-conformity Follow-up:** Manage and monitor non-conformities and deviations observed during project execution. **Requirements** -------------- * **Previous Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects with a focus on quality. * **Education:** Advanced technical qualification in Quality, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in quality regulations and civil engineering control procedures. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent oral and written communication skills. * **Leadership:** Ability to lead teams and coordinate efforts across different departments. * **Results-Oriented:** Commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. * **Computer Skills:** Proficiency in specialized software for quality management and document control. **What We Offer** ----------------- At Eosol Group, we value our employees and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
