This role is fundamentally a site-based position, where project management, supervision, and execution will be your primary responsibilities. We seek a professional with comprehensive insight into civil works, capable of leading and ensuring the success of interventions. **What Are We Looking For?** The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil Engineering; however, Industrial Engineers or Architects with demonstrable and relevant experience in construction and civil works will also be positively considered. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles is required, with a clear focus on building project management—especially logistics centers, pharmaceutical facilities, and food processing centers. Your expertise in civil works, foundations, and structures will be crucial to performing this role effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive supervision and management of civil works, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordination of work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe execution. * Planning and monitoring of project phases, from conception through to final delivery. * Preparation and review of technical documentation, drawings, and descriptive reports. * Control and management of foundations and structures, applying best engineering practices. * Identification and mitigation of potential on-site risks. * Close collaboration with other departments (design, production, etc.) to ensure project coherence. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil works management. * Specific experience in constructing logistics centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or food processing centers. * Solid knowledge of foundations and structures. * Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in project management tools and design software (AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, etc.). Willingness to work in Sabiñánigo and surrounding areas. * **Preferred Qualifications (Desirable):** * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Construction Management or related field. * Knowledge of BIM methodologies. * Experience in tender management and budgeting.
