This role combines practical vision and close collaboration with teams, along with the ability to translate ideas into concrete, sustainable day-to-day changes, leveraging the Microsoft 365 environment. **Responsibilities:** * Support teams and operational areas across various phases of initiatives. * Facilitate working sessions to structure needs, align criteria, and define actionable steps. * Drive improvements in processes, ways of working, and collaborative tools. * Support the organization and evolution of workspaces in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Planner. * Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and identify resistance points and improvement opportunities. * Prepare guidance documents, materials, and support actions. * Coordinate with the Transformation Leadership team to ensure progress and consolidation of changes. **Essential Requirements:** * 3–5 years of experience in change management, operational transformation, functional implementation, or tool adoption. * Experience facilitating workshops or sessions with teams. * Solid functional knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Planner. * Ability to analyze processes, identify friction points, and propose viable improvements. * Structured, practical profile, user-focused, and execution-oriented. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in projects involving multiple teams or departments. * Experience in continuous improvement and Microsoft 365 collaborative environments. * Knowledge of CRM, Power BI, and KPI tracking. * Experience working with teams at varying levels of digital maturity. * **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Flexible working hours and work modality * 25 paid vacation days, plus December 24 and 31 designated as company-wide holidays, and additionally, the afternoon of your birthday is yours to enjoy! * 100% company-paid medical and dental insurance * Career development and training plans—both technical and language-related * Access to a flexible compensation plan If this opportunity resonates with you, don’t hesitate to apply—we look forward to welcoming you! *We additionally value candidates holding a disability certification.*
