CONSULTING C3, a consulting firm within the MST HOLDING Group — a leader in Multichannel Customer Service and Artificial Intelligence-driven Customer Experience (CX) projects — is looking to hire a BUSINESS DEVELOPER for its Madrid headquarters to join our Sales Team. This position involves selling B2B services, including Consulting Projects focused on Contact-Center optimization and Customer Experience improvement, as well as specialized Training Projects delivered by our professional team. We seek a senior candidate with proven consultative sales experience, primarily in sectors such as: Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Services, Utilities, Pharma, Hospitality, HVAC, Distribution-Retail, and Industry. The candidate must be accustomed to engaging with C-Level executives and possess an established client portfolio (primarily based in Madrid) within one or more of the aforementioned verticals, developed throughout their professional career. The ideal Hunter-profile candidate will be dynamic, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be adept at identifying client needs and applying tailored solutions, and demonstrate enthusiasm for deepening expertise across diverse professional service offerings.
