Your main responsibilities will include: * **Design and Development of Electrical Projects:** Lead the design and calculation of electrical installations for a variety of buildings, including logistic warehouses, data processing centers (CPD), and special and tertiary buildings. * **Installation Calculations:** Perform detailed design and calculation of Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical installations, covering lighting systems, power systems, and other essential components. * **Preparation of Technical Documentation:** Prepare and review all necessary technical documentation for projects, such as technical reports, specifications, health and safety studies, and detailed budgets. * **Construction Management and Monitoring:** Supervise and monitor electrical installations during the construction phase, ensuring compliance with quality standards and established deadlines. * **Coordination with Teams:** Collaborate closely with other departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure proper integration of electrical systems within the overall project. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure that all designs and implementations comply with current regulations and industry standards. **Requirements:** We are looking for a professional with: * **Academic Background:** Degree in Higher Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building electrical project development. At least 3 years of experience in Spain will be highly valued. * **Specific Experience:** Demonstrable experience in developing electrical projects for logistic warehouses, data centers, special buildings, and tertiary buildings. * **Design Tools:** Proficiency in specific software for electrical design and calculation, such as Caneco, Dialux, Presto, or similar software. Experience with other design and 3D modeling tools (BIM) will be an advantage. * **Languages:** Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
