The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating BIM projects within the field of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in collaborative environments. The position requires in-depth knowledge of BIM workflows and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage BIM MEP models to ensure interoperability and clash detection. * Develop and maintain project BIM documentation, including drawings, sections, and details. * Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other consultants to integrate MEP models into the overall design. * Conduct model reviews to verify compliance with BIM standards and project requirements. * Identify and resolve design conflicts and issues during early project phases. * Facilitate communication and collaboration among different project teams. * Ensure quality and accuracy of BIM MEP deliverables. * Participate in coordination meetings and present the status of BIM models. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in BIM MEP. * Support the project team in implementing and improving BIM processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience of at least 3 years as a BIM MEP Coordinator or in a similar role. * Solid proficiency in industry-standard BIM software (Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.). * In-depth understanding of MEP design and construction workflows. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present technical information. * Detail-oriented and rigorous in work execution. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proactive approach and problem-solving capability. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * BIM certifications. * Knowledge of installation calculation software (Dialux, CYPE, etc.). * Experience with Lean construction methodologies. * Knowledge of other BIM disciplines (structural, architecture). * English language proficiency.
