If you seek growth within an international, innovative, and continuously evolving environment, ALIANDO is your place. **What profile are we looking for?** We seek a candidate comfortable working daily with infrastructure—automating, deploying, and resolving real-world issues in cloud environments. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure infrastructures in production environments. * Automating provisioning and changes using Terraform. * Operating and maintaining AKS clusters on a day-to-day basis. * Managing deployments, incidents, and continuous improvements on the platform. * Monitoring systems, analyzing metrics, and responding to performance or availability issues. * Collaborating with development teams to facilitate deployments and enhance CI/CD pipelines. * Implementing continuous improvements to existing infrastructure. **Minimum Requirements:** * Practical experience working with Azure in real-world environments. * Strong hands-on Terraform skills (daily usage, not just theoretical knowledge). * Experience operating AKS (deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance). * Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues. **Desirable:** * Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor). * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. * Scripting knowledge (Bash, PowerShell, Python). * Experience in DevOps or SRE environments. **What we offer:** * Permanent contract directly with our payroll * Compensation package: Base salary \+ performance-based variable pay * 100% free medical and dental insurance * Remote work \+ expense allowance * 25 working days of vacation plus December 24 and 31, and the afternoon of your birthday — all off! * Defined career development plan * Training program: technical certifications and individual language classes * Access to flexible compensation * Internal events and much more!
