This is a dynamic position with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering departments. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the team of assembly technicians under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of construction progress and assembly results, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and supporting collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.
