Position Summary: We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assume the role of Site Manager, comprehensively managing renovation projects—from budgeting to team coordination and client interaction—requiring autonomy and problem-solving ability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full turnkey construction project management 2. Responsibility for economic control and coordination of trades 3. Direct and transparent communication with the client For our company in Madrid, we are seeking a **Quantity Surveyor** to perform the duties of **Site Manager** at Honra2 Spain SLU, to supervise and coordinate our renovation projects. The salary range, negotiable, corresponds to that of mid-level qualified personnel, Level II, as stipulated in the current Construction Collective Agreement. The position entails full management of our "turnkey" projects—from budgeting and drafting plans to client liaison, economic control, and coordination of trades and suppliers. The candidate must be autonomous, possess extensive industry knowledge, proven experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent client communication abilities, keeping the client duly informed at all times.
